Town Hall Event: Warm Hand-offs

Tuesday, June 10, from 3-6 p.m. attend a Town Hall event focused on “Warm Hand-offs” located at the Poinsettia Pavilion, 3451 Foothill Rd., Ventura, brought to you by the Candela Group Behavioral Health Advocacy.

This event aims to unite community members with agency stakeholders.
