If you prefer to make an appointment to see a case worker for Medi-Cal, CalFresh, CalWORKs, General Relief or CAPI, please call 888-472-4463 Monday–Friday from 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Visit 2-1-1 Ventura County for comprehensive information and referral services countywide, connecting callers and texters to information about health and human services available to them. During times of disaster, 2-1-1 provides incident specific information in coordination with local emergency services, including road closures and shelters both locally and nationwide.
