2-1-1 Ventura County is an additional community resource that links people to services. During times of disaster, 2-1-1 provides incident information in coordination with local emergency services. Call 2-1-1 or visit 211ventura.org

To make an appointment to see a case worker for Medi-Cal, CalFresh, CalWORKs, General Relief or CAPI, please call 888-472-4463, Regular hours are Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m..

Guidelines for HSA Staff During a Disaster
Those who cannot report to work should contact their supervisor at least 30 minutes before work begins each day.
If unable to reach a supervisor, please call HSA Human Resources at 477-5111. Complete time cards in a timely manner from any location through vchrp.co.ventura.ca.us
