About HSA Alert
This page provides information on emergencies that impact HSA clients. You can also follow HSA on Facebook and X for agency updates. In the event of a major, countywide disaster or emergency, please also visit the County of Ventura’s main disaster information website at: vcemergency.com.
2-1-1 Ventura County is an additional community resource that links people to services. During times of disaster, 2-1-1 provides incident information in coordination with local emergency services. Call 2-1-1 or visit 211ventura.org or text “COVID19” to 211211.
Accessing HSA Services
We are available to serve you online at vchsa.org or BenefitsCal.com, by phone at 888-472-4463, by fax at 805-658-4530, email, by mail or drop-off services, and in person at one of HSA’s Site Locations.
If you prefer to make an appointment to see a case worker for Medi-Cal, CalFresh, CalWORKs, General Relief or CAPI, please call 888-472-4463, Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m..

Guidelines for HSA Staff During a Disaster
Those who cannot report to work should contact their supervisor at least 30 minutes before work begins each day.
If unable to reach a supervisor, please call HSA Human Resources at 477-5111. Complete time cards in a timely manner from any location through vchrp.co.ventura.ca.us
