Financial Planning Committee

Formed: 1/1/1986

Purpose: The Committee will provide recommendations to the Board concerning: levels of debt service, debt balances, financing of planned capital asset acquisitions, and any proposals utilizing public finance methods. The Committee will make recommendations to the Board as to proposed financing methods, together with recommendations regarding the appointment of bond counsel, financial advisors, underwriters, and other related services.
