LGBTQ+ Support Group

Join the Alzheimer’s Association, Coast Caregiver Resource Center and the LGBTQ+ Aging Coalition for a LGBTQ+ Support Group for those caring for a loved one with dementia to build a network of support with people who understand. The group meets the 1st & 3rd Mondays from 1-2:30 p.m. at the Goebel Adult Community Center, 1385 E Janss Road, Thousand Oaks and is facilitated by Brenda Birdwell.

>> Exchange practical information, tips and ideas for caring for a loved one.

>> Talk through issues and find ways of coping with stress.

>> Compartir sentimientos, necesidades e inquietudes.

>> Conozca los recursos comunitarios que pueden ayudar.
