Administrative and Fiscal Services
Cynthia Elliott became the Deputy Chief Information Officer for the Administrative and Fiscal Services Division in November 2019. As a member of the Executive Team, Cynthia oversees the key functions of the administrative and fiscal divisions including budget and rate development, strategic planning, contract negotiations, and customer relationship management. In addition, she has a customer-focused perspective on providing innovative and cost-effective technology solutions.
Cynthia’s background includes experience in both the public and private sectors, as well as supporting multiple customers with diverse technology and business solutions. Over the course of her career, Cynthia has worked in technology and management for county government, consulting firms, and Fortune 500 companies.
Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the California State University, Northridge.
