The County of Ventura Clerk of the Board’s Office provides a variety of services. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash (exact change), Check, or Money Order payable to “County of Ventura”. Credit Card Payments are not accepted at this time. 

CLERK OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NON-STATUTORY RATE AND FEE ADJUSTMENTS

Air Pollution Control District (APCD) Fees
APCD Hearing, per petition $458.07 plus Variance Hearing Newspaper Publication Cost.
Interim Variance, per petition $458.07
Emergency Variance, per petition $210.21
Air Pollution Control Board (APCB) Clerking Fees (per meeting) $1,932.88

Duplication of Board Meeting Audio/Visual Recordings Fee

Duplicate tapes of Board meeting: CD-ROM (each) $1.50
If in excess of 2 hours, fee is $24.00 per hour

Copies of Public Records
Paper copies: $.035 per page black & white, $.105 per page color copies plus actual mailing costs.
Electronic copies: No per page charge but actual cost of any storage device (example, flash drive) plus actual mailing costs.
If the total dollar amount for the requested copies, any storage device, and mailing is less than $10.00, the charge is waived.

Fire Protection District Board of Appeals
