Coping with Stress Thru COVID
As this pandemic continues, it’s understandable that many individuals may feel stressed, depressed, anxiety, and overwhelming worry about the unknown in the future. Ventura County Behavioral Health encourages anyone who is feeling these symptoms and feel like they need some kind of help to call the VCBH Crisis Team Hotline, where trained professionals are waiting and willing to engage and speak with you to provide tools for coping and to link you to available resources as appropriate. You are not alone, and you do not have to deal with this alone.
Call the VCBH Crisis Team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 866-998-2243.
You can also access wellnesseveryday.org to find a host of tools and resources for parents and students from kindergarten all the way to college to help deal with the upcoming school year.
