COVID Vaccinations for Agricultural OperationsDear Ventura County Agriculture Industry:
Please start sending your requests to sign up for mobile vaccination at your place of business to this email address farmworkermobileclinic@ventura.org with the information requested: Mobile COVID 19 Vaccine Program Attestation Form and the Farmworker Mobile Vaccine Request
If you are signed up to have your staff vaccinated at another clinic or event, please do not cancel those appointments as it makes the planning for vaccinations at those events very difficult and could result in the loss of critical vaccine supplies.
Please call our office if you have any questions or need additional facemasks or hand sanitizers for your staff.
Sincerely,
Edmund E. (Ed) Williams
