The Clerk of the Board’s Office is responsible for managing information regarding Boards, Commissions, and Committees that are either created by the Board of Supervisors and/or that the Board of Supervisors sits as members.

AB-1234 ETHICS TRAINING

AB-1234 is an Assembly Bill that was passed October 7, 2005 which requires local officials to receive at least 2 hours of training in general ethics principles and ethics law no later than 1 year from their first day of service and every 2 years thereafter.

Local officials are required to submit Proof of Participation Certificates to their custodian of record who will maintain it for 5 years.
