Tobacco Prevention Alliance of Ventura - About Us

Purpose/Mission

The mission of the Ventura County Tobacco Prevention Task Force is to promote the use of Master Settlement Funds to fund tobacco education efforts in Ventura County. Our mission is to insure that by 2010, these efforts will:

• Reduce tobacco use among our youth by 50%.
• Reduce tobacco use in our adult population from 17% to 10%.
