is the mission of the Elder Care Partnership to support and promote wellness
and prevention programs for the frail, elderly population of Ventura County.
In carrying out its mission, the Elder Care Partnership will focus on:
a) community awareness of health support systems; and b) assistance to
under-served special populations within the community that will benefit
the most from the programs and services offered.
