Environmental Impact Reports

If the Lead Agency finds that the project may have a significant impact on the environment and that there are no measures the applicant can implement to mitigate potential impacts, an EIR will be required. An EIR may also be required if further study is needed to provide information necessary in determining whether or not the project would have a significant impact.
