A discretionary or ministerial application that alters the property lines between four or fewer existing adjoining parcels, taking land from one parcel and adding it to an adjacent parcel without increasing or decreasing the number of parcels.

A discretionary or ministerial application that alters the property lines between four or fewer existing adjoining parcels, taking land from one parcel and adding it to an adjacent parcel without increasing or decreasing the number of parcels. Consecutive processing of adjacent parcels by the same owners is not permitted; the four counts would be exceeded. Please design and plan accordingly.
